Postpartum Update

I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight of 147. Woo hoo!! I've been here since she was 5 months old. I was really close to it fairly soon after having her but held a few pounds until just then. 

My biggest issue is...SNACKING...and CHOCOLATE. I still feel like I look fit, but I really want to define my muscles. I'm thankful that I have no stretch marks, but it doesn't mean that my tummy is as right as it used to be. Chocolate is fine, but everything in moderation. I also wholeheartedly believe the saying that "abs are made in the kitchen!"

If I set massive or lofty goals, I often sabotage myself; so my goal for the next week is to eat veggies at every meal and snack on fruit when I have the snack attack. If I can get vegetables in at every meal, I am less likely to snack on things all day long. 

I like to blame my want to snack on breastfeeding, but I don't need to eat every two hours even though I want to 😃.
